Different types
of headaches & how to cope with them
There are various types of pains that
people have to put up with, and there are various reasons
for the different types of pains one may have. Among
the different types of pains that one may have, headaches
are one type in which there are different kinds of headaches

Tension Headaches:
The most common type of headache known is the ‘Tension
Headache’ This type of headache affects many people,

This type of headache may vary in intensity and is often
very persistent. In case of the episodic form of this
headache, it is said that episodes may last anywhere
between 30 minutes up to a week. These types of headaches
can develop into chronic headaches and can take place
infrequently, and can vary in intensity all day long.
Working regularly becomes problematic in such conditions
and even the strongest of people can be affected. When
these headaches are present for more than fifteen days
in a month they are observed as chronic headaches. Emotional
or physical stress (too much reading, incorrect posture,

music.
How to Cope with a Tension
Headache:
One could use analgesics like aspirin and paracetamol.
If these do not solve the [problem then one may try
a shower, use a warm compress for the forehead. Getting
some sleep is another solution.
Sinus Headache:
This is another headache that can be quite discomforting.
The condition is marked by pain above or below the eyes.
It is painful to touch, and is usually caused by blocked
sinuses, allergies, colds and flu-like symptoms. These
headaches are likely to occur at anytime, and if they
take place in the mornings of first half of the day,
they are most likely to worsen as the day progresses.
Bending over with this type of headache is also painful.

environments. This would mean staying away from an environment

headache:
It is recommended that one change certain aspects

Temporal Arthritis:
This form of headache is a symptom of disease.
It is described as a severe headache with a burning

The condition is caused by inflammation of the arteries
that supply blood to the head.

Arteritis:

Cluster Headaches:
These headaches
